Back Cover pages
In the 
Edit tab you see the Pages pane. The Inside Back Cover and Outside Back Cover pages are shown there. They come after inside pages.
These Back Cover pages can contain:

Any information about the book that you want the reader to see. You can also use the inside front cover page.

Depending on your Bloom Subscription, brand logo(s) can appear on the Outside Back Cover page.
