Duplicate a page
You can copy and paste a page from one book to another in the same collection.
Duplicate Page copies and immediately pastes a page into the same book.
Do these steps after you are done formatting, using Change Layout control and working with styles.

Click
Collections tab.

In the left pane, click the book.

Do one of these steps:

Double-click the book.

Click the Edit tab.

Click
EDIT THIS BOOK.

It opens in the Edit tab.

In the Pages (left) pane, click the page you want to duplicate.

Do one of these steps:

Right-click the page you want to duplicate, and then click Duplicate Page.

Click Duplicate Page on the down arrow (
) menu command.

Click
(Insert a new page which is a duplicate of this one) at the bottom of the Pages pane.

A copy of the page you clicked appears in the Pages pane.
Tip

Duplicate Page Many Times is similar, but a question box allows you to specify how many copies of the page you want.

If the button or the commands are not available, you cannot duplicate the current page. Typically, you can duplicate pages that you added.
